Ampcus Inc is seeking a seasoned full-stack developer to design, build, and maintain scalable software systems in a hands-on role. You will drive microservices, RESTful APIs, data modeling, and secure API practices across the stack.

The position requires expert knowledge of CI/CD, Agile methods, testing, containerization with Docker/Kubernetes, and active AI integration work. Candidates must excel in problem-solving and collaboration.

Competenze

• 10+ years of full-stack development experience with hands-on coding.

Mansioni

• Proven 10+ years of experience in full-stack development with a 100% hands-on coding background (not an architecture-only role).
• Strong experience building microservices and RESTful API design/development; familiar with secure API practices.
• Experience with both SQL and NoSQL databases (data modeling, query optimization, and performance tuning).
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipeline implementation (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions) and version control with Git.
• Monitoring and Logging: Experience with tools like Splunk, Dynatrace, CloudWatch, Datadog.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) including sprint planning, stand-ups, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.
• Proficient in automated testing frameworks (JUnit, Jest, React Testing Library) and containerization/orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Hands-on AI skills development and agentic flow enablement experience (LLM/AI integrations, orchestration, guardrails, evaluation).
• Ability to lead code reviews, ensure coding standards, and build scalable frontend and backend solutions while remaining hands-on.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Proficient in Full Stack Development as well as multiple design techniques

• Working proficiency in Full Stack toolset to design, develop, test, deploy, maintain and improve software


• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies with ability to work in at least one of the common frameworks


• Strong understanding of techniques such as Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery, Test Driven Development, Cloud Development, application resiliency and security


• Proficiency in one or more general purpose programming languages


• Working proficiency in a portion of software engineering disciplines and demonstrates understanding of overall software skills including business analysis, development, testing, deployment, maintenance and improvement of Software
