Job summary

Harnham is seeking a hands-on senior engineer to design and build scalable AWS serverless backend services powering customer-facing applications and internal systems.

You will own cloud architecture and application development, contribute to Python RESTful APIs, and help shape frontend work with React in an Agile, fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• 4-8+ years of software engineering experience.
• Experience with AWS Serverless (Lambda, S3, API Gateway).
• Proficiency in Node.js for backend development.

• Experience in Agile environments with CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience building modern front-end applications with React / ReactJS (Nice to have).

The Opportunity

This role sits at the center of a fast-moving engineering team responsible for powering customer-facing applications (leasing, payments, maintenance) and internal systems. You'll design and build scalable, serverless backend services in AWS while contributing to modern React-based front-end applications.

This is a hands-on senior IC role with strong ownership across cloud architecture and application development.
