Job summary

Capgemini is seeking a True full stack Developer in New York with strong front end, APIs and services, data, and DevOps skills. You will move between layers and ship in short cycles, guided by customer feedback.

You will work with public cloud (GCP/AWS), SQL/NoSQL databases, and CI/CD pipelines. Familiarity with JUnit, Docker scripts, and hybrid infrastructure is a plus, along with AI tooling exposure.

Qualifications

Job description

• True full stack Developer - Strong across front end, APIs and services, data, and DevOps, and comfortable moving between layers as needed
• Agile in practice: Ships in short cycles, iterates on customer feedback, and is comfortable with ambiguity and shifting priorities
• Exposure to public cloud infrastructure (GCP, AWS)
• Experience of working in SQL, RDBMS / NoSQL databases
• Should be conversant with JUnit and integration testing, Docker scripts
• Hybrid infrastructure fluency: Has worked across on-prem, public cloud, and the migration paths between them, and can choose the right environment for the problem.

Nice to have skills:

• Good understanding of AI Tool usage
• Modern and AI-ready: Hands-on with current stacks (microservices, containers, CI/CD, APIs), and has used or integrated AI/GenAI in real products
• Ownership mindset: Takes responsibility for quality, uptime, and customer experience, and doesn't wait for handoffs.
• Good Verbal and Written Communication skills
• Proactive and good command on coding and Unit Testing
• Self starter and ability to delivery independently under customer supervision
