We are seeking a Senior Engineer, Full Stack with extensive experience in designing and building scalable cloud-native applications. This role focuses on developing microservices, APIs, and full-stack solutions while integrating AI and machine learning capabilities. The engineer will contribute to building reliable, secure, and high-performance distributed systems, while supporting DevOps practices and agile delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect, design, and develop microservices-based and full-stack applications
• Build and deploy applications using containerization and orchestration technologies
• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, and automated testing
• Design scalable, resilient, and fault-tolerant systems with high availability
• Develop and maintain APIs following API-first design principles
• Implement monitoring and logging solutions to ensure system performance and observability
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions
• Mentor developers through code reviews, design reviews, and knowledge sharing
• Contribute to AI/ML solutions including document processing, summarization, chatbots, and AI agents
• Support development and integration of AI workflows with internal systems
• Test and evaluate AI/ML models including large language models and computer vision systems
• Participate in MLOps practices such as model deployment, monitoring, and versioning
• Follow agile methodologies and contribute to iterative development cycles
• Maintain proper documentation and adhere to coding standards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience
• 10+ years of experience in software development and cloud-native application design
• Proficiency in Python and libraries such as TensorFlow and PyTorch
• Experience leveraging AI for code generation, debugging, test automation, and monitoring
• Expertise in one or more programming languages such as Java, Python, C, Rust, or similar
• Strong backend development experience and knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases
• Proficiency in front-end frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue.js
• Experience with microservices, distributed systems, and scalable system design
• Knowledge of enterprise design principles including cloud-native architectures and 12-factor applications
• Experience with event-driven architectures and messaging systems such as Kafka or RabbitMQ
• Experience implementing DevOps practices including CI/CD and automation

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with container orchestration and modern cloud platforms
• Exposure to MLOps practices and AI/ML lifecycle management
