Job Description: My client is searching for a Senior Full Stack Engineer that takes ownership over product development end to end, building reliable, scalable solutions across the frontend, backend, and data systems. We're looking for engineers who enjoy solving complex problems, navigating ambiguity, and building thoughtful, maintainable software that delivers meaningful impact for users.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience building production web applications, including 3+ years in healthcare revenue cycle management
• Strong TypeScript skills and experience with modern frontend frameworks
• Backend experience with Node, Express and MongoDB/ Mongoose
• Hands-on Vue 3 experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of how care is delivered: how a patient moves through the system, care pathways etc.
• Familiarity with developer platforms used to build applications that communicate with clients
• Experience with Monorepo
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure
• Experience building reliable workflows that handle complex processes, retries, and failures.
