Job Description

We are seeking a rockstar tech lead full stack engineer responsible for the entire lifecycle of designing, building, and launching state‑of‑the‑art enterprise applications. You thrive in autonomy, love greenfield projects, and bring high standards to production‑level code.

You’ll work closely with product, data science, UX, and occasional non‑technical end users, providing technical leadership, writing design documents, conducting code reviews, and balancing speed with reliability.

The role involves delivering machine‑learning insights and workflows to users through a beautiful, intuitive UX, while upholding security, scalability, stability, and performance best practices.

As a key member of the team, you will shape product direction, make architecture decisions, and prioritize features with significant ownership and scope.

Qualifications

• Design, build, and launch secure, scalable multi‑tenant enterprise backend and frontend architectures using Python and Postgres.
• Build intuitive UX with React.
• Contribute to the core platform codebase.
• Act as technical application owner, collaborating with product, data science leadership.
• Agile development, switching between rapid prototyping and stable production.
• Maintain enterprise‑grade quality with best practices in security, scalability, performance, and UX.
• Write professional design documents, conduct code reviews, and apply state‑of‑the‑art engineering practices.
• Create rich, intuitive data visualizations to tell stories with data.
• Understand user journeys deeply, build roadmaps, and deliver features quickly.
• Acted as technical lead or senior engineer, shipping complex React, Python, Postgres applications.
• 5+ years of full‑time industry experience with solid computer science fundamentals.
• Expert data architect, solving complex multi‑dimensional problems with relational databases, data assets, and DAG pipelines in Python/Postgres.
• Experience with big data and applied big data problems.
• Write clean, efficient, test‑covered code using functional design patterns.
• Skill in building beautiful UI and fluid UX with React.
• Advanced data schema design and processing large data streams.
• Comfortable working within cloud environments.
• Dagster and machine‑learning experience are bonuses.
