Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Software Engineer to join a Financial Crimes & Fraud Technology team within a large banking organization.

This is a hands-on engineering role focused on designing, developing, testing, deploying, and supporting custom applications and services that help monitor banking transactions and identify potentially fraudulent activity.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, and React and be comfortable working across both front-end and back-end development. Experience working in a large enterprise, financial services, or regulated environment is highly preferred.

You will work in an Agile development environment and contribute throughout the complete software development lifecycle.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional software engineering experience.

• Python development experience, particularly for AI/LLM/Agentic AI applications.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure or cloud-based application development.
• Knowledge of AI/ML and Generative AI technologies.
• Experience in banking, financial services, fintech, fraud detection, financial crimes, or transaction monitoring.
• Experience supporting enterprise applications in a highly regulated environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
