Job summary

Delan Associates, Inc is seeking a Full Stack Engineer II to join our technology team in Charlotte, onsite. You will design and build modern web applications using React.js and Java/Spring Boot, with some Kotlin exposure.

Ideal candidates are collaborative engineers who write clean, testable code, participate in code reviews, and leverage AI-assisted tools to boost productivity while maintaining quality and security. FinTech domain experience is a plus.

Position Summary

We are seeking a Full Stack Engineer II to join a high-performing technology team responsible for building and enhancing modern, scalable digital solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in React.js development and significant experience building backend services using Java (Spring Boot), with some exposure to Kotlin considered a plus. This role requires a collaborative engineer who is passionate about delivering high-quality software, leveraging modern development practices, and utilizing AI-powered tools to improve productivity and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain modern web applications using React.js and TypeScript.
• Build and support scalable backend services and APIs using Java (Spring Boot).
• Contribute to and maintain services written in Kotlin where applicable.

Required Qualifications

• Strong understanding of object-oriented design, software architecture patterns, and modern development principles.
• Experience working in Agile development environments.
