Job summary

Turnberry Solutions is seeking a Full Stack Engineer to join our Digital Modernization practice in Des Moines. You will help design, build, and operate scalable APIs and data pipelines using Node.js, Python, and AWS, contributing to secure, compliant systems across healthcare and insurance domains.

Qualifications

Duration: 15+ Months

Location: IA-Des Moines, Hybrid 3-4 days onsite

As a Full Stack Engineer, you will join Turnberry's Digital Modernization practice, where technology and strategy combine to deliver exceptional digital experiences, empowering organizations to thrive in today\'s digital market.

Responsibilities

• Infrastructure development, testing and automation, environments strategy and management, platform reliability and scalability, CI/CD pipeline management, release management, security and compliance management, system monitoring and incident response, and platform evolution and innovation
• Play a key role in ensuring the sales technology platform meets business needs and adheres to technology standards

Qualifictions

• 4-6 years of experience
• Previous experience designing and implementing secure, scalable APIs and data pipelines using Node.js, Python, and AWS services (SQS, SNS, Lambdas, S3), enabling high-performance data exchange and interoperability across healthcare and insurance platforms
• Strong-demonstrated SQL experience
• Previous experience with microservices and ETL workflows leveraging AWS CDK, CI/CD tools, ensuring automated deployments and robust infrastructure for large-scale data processing
• Blend of ETL, Data Warehouse, Database, and Data Integration skills primarily for this role
• Experience designing, developing, and maintaining automated test suites including unit, integration, API, end-to-end (E2E), regression, smoke, and performance testing to ensure software quality and reliability
• Experience working within an Agile team environment
• Proficiency in version control systems (Git)

The salary range for this role is $90,000 to $130,000 or the hourly equivalent.
