Job summary

Mindlance seeks a Senior Full Stack Engineer to work across frontend, backend, APIs, and data platforms in enterprise HR technology environments. The role involves hands-on development and collaboration with both technical and business stakeholders.

The Senior Full Stack Engineer will contribute to Workday and Adaptive Planning initiatives and will operate across cloud, data, and integration workloads in a complex enterprise setting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional full stack development experience.
• Strong backend development experience with Java, .NET, Spring Boot, Node.js, or equivalents.
• Experience building RESTful APIs and/or microservices.
• Strong SQL and relational database development skills.
• Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience in Agile environments.
• Experience with AWS or Azure.
• Understanding of software development lifecycle, testing, deployment, and production support.

You should be comfortable working with both technical and business stakeholders, understanding business requirements, and turning those requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Important: This is primarily a Full Stack Engineering role. Candidates should have strong hands-on software development experience in addition to any Workday or HR technology exposure.

Senior Full Stack Engineer – Enterprise Applications & HR Technology

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to support strategic technology initiatives and 2027 business requirements within an enterprise environment.

This role is ideal for a hands-on software engineer who can work across frontend development, backend services, APIs, databases, integrations, cloud technologies, and enterprise applications. The successful candidate will also have the opportunity to work with Workday, Adaptive Planning, and other HR technology platforms.

What You\'ll Do

• Hands-on experience developing RESTful APIs and/or microservices.
• Strong SQL and relational database development skills.
• Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience working in Agile development environments.
• Experience with AWS or Azure.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, testing, deployment, and production support.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with enterprise SaaS applications.
• Experience with Workday, Adaptive Planning, ServiceNow, Salesforce, SuccessFactors, UKG, or similar enterprise platforms.
• Experience supporting HR, Finance, Payroll, Talent, or Workforce Management applications.
• Knowledge of data integration, ETL, and enterprise data pipelines.
• Experience with reporting, analytics, and dashboard development.
• Experience with Rally or similar Agile tools.
• Strong ability to learn new technologies, platforms, and programming languages.
