Job Title

Full Stack Engineer

Qualifications

• Solid coding background in Python and JavaScript
• Proficiency in at least one additional programming language, preferably Java
• Experience with front-end libraries like React or Vue
• Backend development with frameworks such as Node.js, Spring Boot, Django, or Flask
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and ability to mentor peers
• Experience with DevSecOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, Git, Docker, Kubernetes
• Experience with relational databases like PostgreSQL, ORM tools such as SQLAlchemy, and data stores like Elasticsearch or Neo4j
• Understanding of scalable architecture patterns, microservices, and modular front-end design
• Ability to interpret user needs and propose efficient solutions

Responsibilities

• Design and implement software solutions supporting AI-driven applications
• Build user-facing and server-side components for scalable prototypes
• Support and evolve shared libraries and infrastructure tools
• Maintain and improve existing applications
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
• Create development plans and architectural strategies
• Contribute to best practices for AI solutions, including Generative AI
• Document system requirements and designs, review external documentation
• Optimize software architectures for performance
• Stay current with AI trends, software design, and DevSecOps practices
• Develop architectural guidelines ensuring compliance and security

Education & Experience

BA/BS preferred; experience may substitute for degree. Minimum 7 years of relevant experience.
