Job summary

B4Corp in Bethesda, MD seeks a Full Stack Software Engineer to support a critical defense program. The role emphasizes DevOps, agile practices, and full software lifecycle across Java, JavaScript, Python, SpringBoot, and Hibernate.

The candidate will develop, test, and deploy solutions using Cloud platforms and modern tooling, with strong collaboration across teams and customers. Top Secret clearance with polygraph is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of prior relevant experience.
• Proficient with Java and JavaScript.
• Experience in SDLC with DevOps tools/practices.
• Direct experience using software testing tools like Junit.
• Experience with Python and Bash scripting.
• Experience in Agile development environments and tempo.
• Experience with Commercial Cloud Platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).
• Experience with cloud data services (S3, RDS, EFS).
• Excellent communication and version-control skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate in software programming initiatives using Java, JavaScript, Python, SpringBoot, and Hibernate.
• Develop and direct software system validation and testing methods (JUnit, Katalon).
• Develop and integrate custom software solutions for automated deployment technologies.
• Develop, prototype and deploy solutions on Commercial Cloud Platforms.
• Coordinate with Agile teams to ensure User Story alignment and customer use cases.
• Support SAFe Agile lifecycle and DevOps tooling (GitHub, Jenkins).
• Document systems software development and deployment across environments.
