Job summary

B4Corp seeks a versatile Senior Software Developer to design, develop, and deploy secure Windows applications and services. You will work in an agile environment, collaborating across cross-functional teams to safeguard customer assets and meet client requirements.

Key focus areas include .NET/C++ development, secure coding standards, and cloud management on AWS/Azure, with experience using GitHub, Jira, Jenkins, and Confluence. Strong SDLC knowledge and documentation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proficiency with .NET (C#, WPF/XAML, C++), Web (ASP.NET MVC Web API, HTML/CSS), Python, PowerShell.
• Proficiency with developing Windows Applications, Windows Services, and Web Services on IIS.
• Experience with AWS and Azure.
• Experience using GitHub, Jira, Jenkins, and Confluence.
• Proficiency with STS and DataHound (customer‑specific IT tools).
• Experience with Microsoft PowerBI.
• Familiarity with Windows System Administration and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), including configuring and deploying to IIS.
• Experience with requirements gathering, design documentation, and technical writing.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy secure Windows applications, services, and web services using .NET/C#/C++, ASP.NET MVC Web API, HTML/CSS, Python, and PowerShell with IIS integration.
• Develop and automate PowerShell scripts for system administration and security tasks.
• Manage cloud-based solutions on AWS and Azure with secure deployment and access controls.
• Use GitHub, Jira, Jenkins, and Confluence for versioning, CI/CD, and documentation with secure configurations.
• Work with customer IT tools like STS and DataHound to integrate secure authentication and data management.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies to deliver features iteratively.
• Create and maintain documentation including requirements, design docs, and security artifacts.
