Job summary

MAXISIQ, Inc. is seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer to join a small, agile team supporting cyber operations in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

You will contribute to design, development, testing, and documentation of software packages deployed to critical systems. Requirements include a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Engineering (or equivalent experience), strong Python backend skills, experience with REST APIs, and familiarity with modern DevOps practices.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

You will work with a small team of developers and researchers in an agile development environment. You must be comfortable with learning new technologies and be familiar with the software release process. You will work in a fast-paced mission-driven environment developing software packages deployed in support of cyber operations. This position shall be responsible for developing system design diagrams, as well as program design, coding, testing, debugging and documentation.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education: Bachelor's Degree in one of the following areas: Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or related field from an accredited university/college. We will consider experience in lieu of a degree.

Skills / Capabilities:

• Full-stack Web Developer with back-end focus in Python.
• Familiar with Restful APIs and modern DEVOPS practices.
• Focus on web applications or databases is desirable.
• Experience in the direct performance of a major program, project, or activity relating to computer software development.
