Job summary

IOMAXIS is seeking a full-stack web developer with a Python-focused backend for an agile team in Quantico, VA. The role requires TS clearance and a capability to work on modern DevOps practices and RESTful APIs to deliver mission-critical software.

You will collaborate with researchers and developers, learn new technologies, and participate in the software release process, system design, coding, testing, and documentation to support cyber operations.

Qualifications

Job Description

Are you a full stack web developer with back end focus in Python? We're seeking an agile, TS cleared developer familiar with Restful API's and modern DevOps practices to join us as an integral member of the IOMAXIS team in Quantico, VA where the work is truly dynamic, challenging and meaningful.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

You will work with a small team of developers and researchers in an agile development environment. You must be comfortable with learning new technologies and be familiar with the software release process. You will work in a fast-paced mission-driven environment developing software packages deployed in support of cyber operations. This position shall be responsible for developing system design diagrams, as well as program design, coding, testing, debugging and documentation.

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education: Bachelor's Degree in one of the following areas: Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or related field from an accredited university/college. We will consider experience in lieu of a degree.

Skills / Capabilities:

• Full-stack Web Developer with back-end focus in Python.
• Familiar with Restful APIs and modern DEVOPS practices.
• Focus on web applications or databases is desirable.
• Experience in the direct performance of a major program, project, or activity relating to computer software development.
