The Opportunity:

As a full stack developer, you can resolve problems with complete end-to-end solutions in a fast, agile environment. We seek individuals who want to develop software that makes a difference, from vision to production.

This role involves more than coding. You will use your passion to learn new tools, identify system improvements, and help clients overcome challenges using the latest architectural approaches, tools, and technologies. You will ensure solutions consider current architecture, operating environment, and future enhancements.

Responsibilities include:

• Develop, test, and debug new software or software enhancements.
• Understand business applications, user needs, performance, quality, interface, and security requirements.
• Collaborate with technical staff to resolve software issues.
• Address customer complaints and consider suggestions for improvements.
• Assist in developing software user manuals.
• Design, test, and implement security measures, integrations, documentation, and training.

You Have:

• 10+ years of experience as a back-end, full stack, or Java developer.
• Experience with developing, testing, and deploying software in languages like Java, JavaScript, Go, Python, Typescript, or .NET.
• Experience with Java Development Kit and backend frameworks such as Java Spring, Node.js, Go Gin, AngularJS, React, NextJS, Hibernate, or Struts.
• Experience with SDLC processes, including Agile development.
• Knowledge of system design, design patterns, and antipatterns.
• Top Secret clearance.
• Bachelor's degree.

Nice To Have:

• Experience with development tools like Git, IDEs, or code quality tools.
• Experience in front-end, back-end, and API design.
• Leadership experience in technical design and implementation.
• Troubleshooting and performance optimization skills.

Clearance:

Applicants must undergo security investigation; Top Secret clearance is required.

Compensation:

Range: $86,800 to $198,000 annually, based on various factors including location, education, skills, and experience. Benefits include health, life, disability, retirement, paid leave, professional development, and more.
