You Are

UST is searching for a Full-Stack Developer with strong experience in designing and building scalable .NET-based microservices solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on expertise in modern frontend frameworks (Angular or React) and practical experience leveraging AI tools to enhance development productivity, code quality, and solution design.

The Opportunity

• Design and develop robust, scalable microservices using .NET technologies Build responsive, high-performance frontend applications using Angular or React Architect end-to-end solutions with a focus on performance, security, and maintainability Integrate APIs, third-party services, and cloud-based components
• Utilize AI-powered development tools (e.g., code assistants, automation, testing aids) to accelerate delivery
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an agile environment
• Ensure code quality through best practices, testing, and code reviews

What You Need

• Strong experience with .NET Core / .NET 6+ and microservices architecture
• Proficiency in Angular or React Solid understanding of REST APIs, cloud platforms, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
• Experience with databases (SQL/NoSQL)
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools and workflows.
• Can use tools like copilot and should be exceeding in that realm.
• Strong problem-solving and system design skills
• Excellent communication
• Nice to Have: Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
• Exposure to event-driven architecture and messaging systems (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ)
• Experience: 7+ years preferred

Compensation

• Role Location: Hybrid-Texas
• Compensation Range: $82,000-$123,000

Benefits

• Full-time, regular employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro‑rated for new hires throughout the year), 10 paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave and jury duty.
