Job summary
UST in California seeks a senior Full Stack Developer (Python + AI) to design, build, test, and scale enterprise apps across frontend and backend using Python and modern JS frameworks.
You’ll integrate AI/LLM features, collaborate with product and architecture teams, implement CI/CD, and ensure performance and security in cloud-native environments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or related field.
- 5+ years of Full Stack Software Development experience.
- Strong programming experience in Python.
- Experience with React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Hands‑on experience with FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
- Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
- Experience developing RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Experience with SQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server) and NoSQL databases.
- Experience with Git, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tools.
- Good understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.

We are seeking a Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in modern web application development using Python and JavaScript frameworks. The ideal candidate will have experience building scalable enterprise applications across both frontend and backend, with exposure to AI/LLM technologies for integrating intelligent features into business applications.

Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. UST provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in various U.S. markets as set forth below.
- Full-time, regular employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year), 10 paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave and jury duty.
- They are eligible to participate in the Company's 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer matching.
- They and their dependents residing in the US are eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as the following Company-paid Employee Only benefits: basic life insurance, accidental death and disability insurance, and short- and long-term disability benefits.
- Regular employees may purchase additional voluntary short-term disability benefits, and participate in a Health Savings Account (HSA) as well as a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) for healthcare, dependent child care, and/or commuting expenses as allowable under IRS guidelines.
