Innova Solutions is seeking a Full Stack Developer - Intermediate for Jersey City, NJ on a contract-to-hire basis. In-person interviews are strongly preferred, with onsite rounds; target pay is $70/hr.

The project is a new greenfield CAO tool for data streaming and storage across multiple domains within Corp Tech. Expect a multi-skilled developer working across a large environment with React/TypeScript, Java Spring Boot, AWS/private cloud, and AI-assisted tooling.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4–5 years of full stack development experience.
• Strong experience with Java Spring Boot and React.
• Proficient in building REST APIs and microservices.
• Familiarity with cloud deployments (AWS/private cloud) and CI/CD.

We are Looking for a Full Stack Developer - Intermediate - Jersey City , NJ Position type: Contract to Hire Duration: 6+ Months Jersey City. Need CTH 6 months+. 1 position. In person interview strong preferred, 2 rounds total, wants at least 1 round onsite. 602 level, 4-5 years minimum. Target pay, 65-75. Moving to 5 days in office by next month most likely.

• Kafka GraphQL Agentic

New project: Multi-year greenfield platform development. Building a CAO tool for data streaming and storage across multiple domains within Corp Tech. Internal tool similar to how ServiceNow or Pega is used currently.

Full Stack: React / Typescript, UI - 40% Java 21 (upgrading to 25) Spring boot, backend - 60% AWS and Private cloud - able to deploy applications to cloud. Mostly working on private now but will eventually move to AWS Using AI tools - dev assistants, Copilot or Claude code - Nice to have/need some familiarity Expert in in Full Stack design technique as well as experience working across large environments with multiple operating systems/infrastructure for large-scale programs (e.g., Expert Engineers) starting to be firm-wide resources working on projects across business Is multi-skilled with expertise across software development lifecycle and toolset May be recognized as a leader in Agile and cultivating teams working in Agile frameworks Sought out as coach for at least one technical skill Strong understanding of techniques such as Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery, Test Driven Development, Cloud Development, resiliency, security Stays abreast of cutting edge technologies/trends and uses experience to influence application of those technologies/trends to support the business; may give speeches and outside the firm, writes articles
