Job summary

HireHi is seeking a seasoned software engineer to design, build, and maintain data and core platform functionality. You will develop features across the full product stack and participate in scoping, measurement, and iteration based on feedback.

Join a team that maintains high engineering and security standards, collaborates across the company to scale systems, and participates in a remote-first on-call rotation to ensure uptime.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in a software engineering role.
• Strong CS fundamentals, including data structures and algorithms.
• Experience with frontend and backend development.
• Proficiency with Django and React.
• Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL/MySQL.
• Ability to take ownership of core product areas.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, optimize, and maintain CaptivateIQ’s data and core platform functionality.

• Strong attention to detail and a user-centric focus
• Experience making data-driven decisions about products and processes
• Experience building a positive remote-first culture
