Qualifications

Analyze functional and non-functional requirements and translate them into technical solutions Design maintainable application components and contribute to architectural decisions Review existing code and other developers’ contributions Develop front-end website architecture and design user interactions on web pages Develop back-end applications and implement core business logic Apply secure development practices, including input validation, authentication and authorization, secrets and dependency management, protection against common web vulnerabilities, secure logging, and appropriate handling of sensitive data Optimize web applications for performance and functionality across browsers and devices Design responsive applications and scalable software Design and develop REST and SOAP APIs Maintain code integrity and organization, and write clean, functional front-end and back-end code Write automated unit, integration, and, where appropriate, end-to-end tests Use application monitoring, structured logging, and tracing to diagnose production and non-production issues Participate in deployment, release, and support activities Diagnose application, database, integration, and performance issues across the full stack Design applications with appropriate consideration for security, maintainability, observability, scalability, and performance Analyze data, processes, configuration, dependencies, and code to troubleshoot problems and identify areas for improvement Perform unit and integration testing; debug, fix, and validate code changes Deliver solutions that fulfil functional and non-functional requirements and align with user expectations Write technical documentation Develop and maintain features across the entire stack, from user interfaces and API consumption to server-side business logic and database interactions Deploy and manage applications on cloud platforms using CI/CD pipelines and containerization technologies Ensure coherent integration between front-end, back-end, API, database, and deployment components, collaborating with developers, architects, DevOps, and security specialists

Требования:

• Strong hands-on experience with Java, Spring, and Spring Boot, including REST API development and server-side business logic


• Strong hands-on experience with at least one modern JavaScript/TypeScript front-end framework, preferably Angular


• Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript, and responsive web design


• Strong experience with relational databases, preferably PostgreSQL and/or Oracle, including SQL, JPA, data modelling, and query optimization


• Practical experience with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and deploying applications to containerized or cloud environments


• Experience designing and securing REST APIs using OAuth 2.0/OpenID Connect, with OpenAPI documentation


• Good understanding of common web application security risks and mitigation techniques, including the OWASP Top 10


• Strong Git experience


• Experience with AI-assisted software-development tools


• Ability to quickly ramp up on new projects and collaborate within teams


• Ability to participate in multilingual meetings and communicate with ease


• Ability to apply security and cloud best practices


• Proficiency in integrating front-end and back-end builds into CI/CD pipelines


• Ability to work both in a team and autonomously, with a results-oriented delivery focus


• English proficiency required; French is an additional asset
