Job summary

SkillStorm Commercial Services LLC invites candidates for an entry-level software role structured as a 12-week paid training program. Hired as a W2 employee, you will join a team to deliver real projects and then deploy to Fortune 100 companies or government clients from day one.

The program targets recent graduates or career changers with a technical foundation, including veterans transitioning to software roles. Relocation may be required for client placements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or a related technical field.
• At least 1 year of technical work experience.
• Working grasp of programming fundamentals: data structures, algorithms, databases and SQL, and object-oriented development in Java or C#.

Responsibilities

• Develop and improve applications using client languages, frameworks, and tools.
• Produce clean, efficient, well-organized code that meets professional standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve defects, and provide technical support.
• Participate in code reviews and accept feedback.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to turn business requirements into technical specifications.
• Assist with testing and production deployments and maintain documentation.
• Stay updated on evolving industry tools and practices.

How to qualify

You'll need:
