Job summary

Adomik is seeking a full-stack developer to own features from design to production. You will work across Ruby on Rails APIs and a React frontend in a remote, fast-paced environment, with a strong emphasis on AI-assisted development tools to accelerate delivery while ensuring quality.

You will collaborate closely with Product, Data engineers, and Data Scientists, contributing to scalable architecture and robust testing.

Qualifications

• Experience with AI-assisted development tools (Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or similar): code generation, refactoring, debugging, and codebase exploration.
• Design, development, and maintenance of Ruby on Rails applications and RESTful APIs (including Grape).
• Development of modern web interfaces in React with TypeScript and JSX; experience with state management and Tailwind CSS.
• Strong SQL skills with complex analytical queries; familiarity with Snowflake is a plus; mix of SQL and NoSQL environments.
• Engineering discipline: automation, CI/CD, testing, linting, and cloud/aws.
• 3+ years of experience with Ruby on Rails and React with TypeScript; autonomous feature delivery; strong communication; English fluent.
