About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Full Stack Developer to enhance and scale our internal platforms, develop new tools, and take ownership of our web presence. This role involves embedding automation, analytics, and AI-driven solutions into workflows and building robust system integrations. The ideal candidate will have a builder mindset, be comfortable working independently, and be proficient in modern frameworks like Vue.js, React, PHP, and Laravel.

Key Responsibilities

Enhancing and scaling our internal platforms, including inventory, logistics, and order management systems.

Developing new tools and customer-facing features to streamline and elevate the end-to-end user experience.

Taking ownership of our web presence from landing pages and product listings to performance and third-party integrations.

Embedding automation, analytics, and AI-driven solutions into internal workflows to boost efficiency.

Building and maintaining integrations between internal systems and external tools (e.g., CRM, communications, logistics platforms).

Making thoughtful build vs. buy decisions to balance speed, scalability, and impact without duplicating existing solutions.

Requirements

5+ years of full-stack development experience comfortable working independently and taking full ownership of projects.

Proficient in modern frameworks and technologies such as Vue.js, React, PHP, Laravel, and WordPress.

Strong background in building and maintaining high-performing, user-friendly websites and applications.

Hands-on experience integrating APIs to connect systems, automate processes, and eliminate manual work.

Bonus: Interest or experience with AI tools (e.g., OpenAI, GPTs, automation platforms) and a curiosity to explore new tech.
