Responsibilities

Build and optimize data-heavy features using React, Node.js, PostgreSQL, and Elasticsearch, including filtering, faceting, saved views, and real-time updates Design efficient APIs and database queries, including indexes, pagination, cursor-based queries, and aggregation, to handle large-scale datasets Implement optimistic updates, conflict resolution, and retry queues for smooth user interactions Own features from requirements through production, balancing speed, quality, and technical debt Use AI tools such as Cursor, Claude, and Copilot to accelerate development Monitor and improve performance, including query latency, rendering, and scrolling FPS

5+ Years of full-stack experience with a strong backend focus, including Node.js, PostgreSQL, and Elasticsearch Solid React and TypeScript skills Experience building and shipping end-to-end products or features used by people Daily use of AI tools such as Cursor, Claude, and Copilot to write, debug, and refactor code Founder mindset: experience building side projects, MVPs, or own products; takes ownership, moves fast, and does not wait for perfect requirements Understanding of database performance, including indexes, query optimization, and pagination strategies, and search with Elasticsearch Будет плюсом: experience with real-time collaboration using WebSockets or Liveblocks, startup experience or building products from scratch, open-source contributions or public side projects, familiarity with feature flags, analytics tools such as PostHog or Amplitude, and error monitoring
