Job summary

MissionHire ищет инженера полного цикла для разработки новых функций на Ruby on Rails и React/TypeScript, улучшения GraphQL API и интеграций с внешними сервисами. Работа предполагает владение фичами от технических и продуктовых решений до релиза и эксплуатации в продакшене.

Требуется опыт с Rails, React/TS, PostgreSQL и GraphQL; ценится умение работать в распределенной команде, владение английским на уровне B2 и владение русским языком для повседневной коммуникации. Гибкий график и B2B контракт.

Qualifications

• Опыт коммерческой разработки на Ruby on Rails.
• Сильные навыки React и TypeScript.
• Глубокие знания PostgreSQL, включая дизайн схем и оптимизацию запросов.
• Практический опыт работы с GraphQL.
• Опыт интеграции внешних API.
• Сильные инженерные практики в тестировании, код-ревью и документации.
• Умение брать ответственность и работать независимо в распределенной команде.
• Английский на уровне B2, для документации и коммуникации в компании.
• Свободное владение русским языком для коммуникации в команде.
• Будут плюсом: Go, Sidekiq или аналогичные системы фоновых задач, разбиение монолитов на сервисы, feature flags, OAuth и интеграции соцсетей.

Responsibilities

• Разработка функций во всем стеке с использованием Ruby on Rails и React/TypeScript.
• Работа в зрелой production-системе и её рост.

Задачи:

• Build features across the stack using Ruby on Rails and React/TypeScript
• Build and evolve GraphQL APIs
• Develop and maintain integrations with third-party platforms
• Own features end-to-end, from technical and product decisions to release and production
• Take part in architecture and refactoring decisions
• Work with a mature production system and help it grow

Требования:

• Strong commercial experience with Ruby on Rails
• Strong React and TypeScript skills
• Solid PostgreSQL knowledge, including schema design and query optimization
• Hands‑on experience building and working with GraphQL
• Experience integrating third-party APIs
• Strong engineering practices in testing, code reviews, and documentation
• Ability to take ownership and work independently in a distributed team
• English B2, used for documentation, tickets, and company-wide communication
• Fluent Russian, used for day-to-day communication within the engineering team
• Будет плюсом: Go, Sidekiq or similar background job systems, experience breaking down monolithic applications into services, feature flags, OAuth, and social media API integrations
