Position Summary

We are seeking a remote Full-Stack Developer to join our collaborative software development team. As a Full-Stack Developer, you will build and enhance features for our Web Apps, including eCommerce platform, AI-powered tools, email-deliverability services, and third-party integrations using React and Next.js plus Node.js on the back end. We’re looking for someone who is curious, passionate about software development, and ready to make a big impact. We are a small, fast-moving team where your code ships to production every week and directly impacts customers. If you love diving into technical details, leveraging AI to code faster, and owning features end-to-end, we’d love to meet you!

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and enhance features using TypeScript, CSS, React, and Next.js.
• Design and build REST/GraphQL APIs and server-side logic with Node.js / Next.js API routes.
• Model and query data in SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) or NoSQL (MongoDB/Firebase) as appropriate.
• Write high-quality, testable, and maintainable code.
• Write unit, integration, and end-to-end tests (Jest, Playwright/Cypress) and participate in Test-Driven Development where practical.
• Collaborate with other members of the development team to plan and implement features.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues.
• Own features end-to-end, from the UI through deployment on Netlify/Vercel and CI/CD pipelines (AzureDevOps, GitHub Actions).
• Participate in code reviews and architecture discussions.
• Communicate clearly in our remote-first culture—async updates, video stand-ups, and written documentation.
  
  
  

Required Qualifications:

• Proficiency in TypeScript and JavaScript.
• Strong knowledge of HTML and CSS.
• Experience with React and Next.js.
• Solid Node.js experience (Express/Nest or Next.js API routes) and comfort building scalable back-end services.
• Hands-on database experience (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB/Firebase).
• Proficiency with AI-assisted code editors (e.g., Cursor, Claude, GitHub Copilot, Windsurf).
• Proficiency with Git (branching, PR reviews, CI hooks).
• Attention to detail.
• Willingness and ability to learn and use new technologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for distributed teamwork.
  
  
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with end-to-end testing frameworks like Cypress, Playwright, or WebDriver.io.
• Experience with Salesforce.
• Experience with OpenAI-compatible APIs.
• Knowledge of real-time and media protocols: WebSockets, WebRTC.
• Familiarity with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) application development and prompt engineering techniques using the OpenAI API or similar LLM platforms.
  
  
  

Salary:

$115,000 - $130,000 base salary.
