Integrity Technology Consultants, Inc. is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Developer to shape a collaboration platform based on Drupal and other open-source software.

You will engage with user communities and leadership to understand impact, capture requirements, and influence architecture while delivering features across deployments. You will join a skilled team, mentor junior developers, and drive improvements to development environments, pipelines, and testing practices in a hybrid on-site setting

Qualifications

• TS/SCI with Poly required.
• 9 Years of experience in Software or Systems Engineering or related field.
• Experience with frontend development using JavaScript and/or TypeScript.
• Proficiency in building secure, reliable web applications on Linux servers.
• Experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL).
• Knowledge of Git workflows, CI, and DevOps practices.
• A Bachelor’s degree may be substituted for 4 years of experience; a Master’s may be substituted for 6 years.

ITC is a Woman Owned Small Business delivering exceptional consultation to the U.S. Government in Systems/Software Engineering, Cybersecurity Solutions, Mission Operations/INTEL Analysis, and Management Services in order to enable our customers to solve the most challenging problems. With continued growth comes opportunity, and we are currently searching for a Top-Secret SCI with polygraph-cleared Expert-level Acquisition Professional.

As a Senior Full-Stack Developer, you’ll be shaping a collaboration software platform based on the popular, open-source Drupal Content Management System and other open-source software products. You’ll support multiple deployments of this system, each providing important capabilities for a broad array of missions.

You’ll be able to engage directly with the user community and customer leadership to learn how the system impacts them, capture and validate requirements, influence architecture and design decisions, and demonstrate new features.

You’ll work with an existing team of talented developers and system support staff, with opportunities to learn from senior-level peers, assist and mentor junior developers, and initiate improvements to the development environment, build pipelines, test automation, and other processes.

Work Location options: Annapolis Junction, MD, Washing, DC or Reston, VA, Hybrid Schedule with 2-3 days on-site required

Requirements

Many factors can influence final salary including, but not limited to relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. Final salary can also be influenced by a position’s geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories, and contract wage rates.

The salary Range for this position is: $180,000-200,000
