Job summary

Integrity Technology Consultants is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Developer to shape a collaboration platform built on Drupal and other open-source software. You will engage with user community and leadership to learn how the system impacts them and to validate requirements.

You will join a team of talented developers and support staff, mentor junior engineers, and help improve build pipelines, test automation, and DevOps practices.

Qualifications

• TS/SCI with Poly required.
• Frontend development with JavaScript and/or TypeScript.
• Secure, reliable web applications on Linux servers.
• Experience with PostgreSQL relational databases.
• Knowledge of Git workflows, CI, and DevOps practices.
• 9+ years in Software or Systems Engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

• Engage with user community and leadership to learn requirements and validate designs.
• Influence architecture decisions and implement new features for the collaboration platform.

ITC is a Woman Owned Small Business delivering exceptional consultation to the U.S. Government in Systems/Software Engineering, Cybersecurity Solutions, Mission Operations/INTEL Analysis, and Management Services in order to enable our customers to solve the most challenging problems. With continued growth comes opportunity, and we are currently searching for a Top-Secret SCI with polygraph-cleared Expert-level Acquisition Professional.

As a Senior Full-Stack Developer, you’ll be shaping a collaboration software platform based on the popular, open-source Drupal Content Management System and other open-source software products. You’ll support multiple deployments of this system, each providing important capabilities for a broad array of missions.

You’ll be able to engage directly with the user community and customer leadership to learn how the system impacts them, capture and validate requirements, influence architecture and design decisions, and demonstrate new features.

You’ll work with an existing team of talented developers and system support staff, with opportunities to learn from senior-level peers, assist and mentor junior developers, and initiate improvements to the development environment, build pipelines, test automation, and other processes.

Work Location options: Annapolis Junction, MD, Washing, DC or Reston, VA, Hybrid Schedule with 2-3 days on-site required

Requirements

• TS/SCI with Poly required.
• Experience with frontend development using JavaScript and/or TypeScript
• Proficiency in building secure, reliable web applications on Linux servers
• Experience with relational database systems (e.g., PostgreSQL)
• Knowledge of, and experience with, Git workflows, continuous integration, and DevOps practices
• 9 Years of experience in Software or Systems Engineering roles or a highly related field of work with similar scope and responsibilities.
• A Bachelor’s degree may be substituted for 4 years of experience and a Master’s Degree may be substituted for 6 years of experience

Final salary can also be influenced by a position’s geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories, and contract wage rates.

The salary Range for this position is: $180,000-200,000
