Job summary

Integrity Technology Consultants seeks an Expert-Level Application Engineer with active TS/SCI clearance and polygraph to design, implement, and lead UI-focused software tools and dashboards using Angular and REST APIs. You will mentor others, manage software development life cycles, and advance automation in security evaluation across projects.

Responsibilities include building single-page dashboards, providing mockups, and ensuring high quality software products for government clients.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with FS Polygraph required.
• Twelve years of experience with a HS Diploma minimum.
• Ten years with an Associate's Degree.

• Experience with Git, Git submodules and Gitlab for large scale apps.
• Proficient in TypeScript and JavaScript.
• UI leadership experience required.

• Experience analyzing JSON structures for REST interfaces.
• CSS proficiency for UI polish.

Responsibilities

ITC is a Woman Owned Small Business delivering exceptional consultation to the U.S. Government in Systems/Software Engineering, Cybersecurity Solutions, Mission Operations/INTEL Analysis, and Management Services, enabling our customers to solve the most challenging problems. With continued growth comes opportunity, and we are currently searching for a Top-Secret SCI with polygraph‑cleared Expert‑Level Application Engineer.

Responsibilities

Designs software tools and subsystems to support software reuse and domain analyses and manages their implementation. Manages software development and support using formal specifications, data flow diagrams, other accepted design techniques and Computer‑Aided Software Engineering (CASE) tools. Estimates software development costs and schedule. Reviews existing programs and assists in making refinements, reducing operating time and improving current techniques. Formulates and defines specifications for software applications or modifies and maintains existing applications using engineering releases and utilities from the manufacturer. Responsible for program design, coding, testing, debugging and documentation. Instructs, directs, and checks the work of other task personnel. Responsible for quality assurance review and the evaluation of existing and new software products.

As part of the Secure the Enterprise initiative, develop capabilities to shift from the current manual system security evaluation and authorization process to a new model that emphasizes automation, streamlined processes and approvals, continuous monitoring and assessment, and network data gathering across the entire life cycle of a project.

• The Application Engineer (UI) will provide the development, testing, deploying, and sustainment of various web‑based capabilities utilizing Angular 14 or higher which will interact with ReST end points to make requests, receive formatted responses, and visualize, in various details, the data to UI front ends.
• The Application Engineer will focus on creating single page application dashboards and provide mockups for new development.

Requirements

• Must currently possess an active NSA TS/SCI with FS Polygraph to be considered
• Twelve (12) years minimum experience and a High School Diploma/GED.
• Ten (10) years minimum experience and an Associate's Degree.
• Eight (8) years minimum experience and a Bachelor's Degree.
• Six (6) years minimum experience and a Master's Degree.
• Four (4) years minimum experience and a Doctorate's Degree.
• Experience with code/release management using Git, Git submodules and Gitlab for large scale applications
• Experienced with using TypeScript JavaScript language
• UI Technical Leadership required
• Experienced in using Angular Framework to develop user interfaces
• Experienced with analyzing JSON data structure when working with the ReST
• Experienced with Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) to enhance the look and feel of user interfaces

The salary range for this position is: $150,000-210,000.
