ManpowerGroup is seeking a Full Stack Developer with Data Engineering Experience to join a healthcare and data platform team in Little Canada, MN. You will design and build data ingestion, processing, and visualization capabilities to support large-scale imaging datasets.

The role requires strong C#, .NET, and Angular skills, plus ETL/ELT data pipelines, data modeling, and Azure storage. You will collaborate with data scientists and R&D engineers to deliver secure, scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Must have strong full stack development experience with backend and frontend
• Proficient in C# and .NET (.NET Core / .NET Framework)
• Experience designing data pipelines (ETL/ELT) and data modeling

Responsibilities

• Design and develop full stack web applications for data ingestion, management, visualization, and labeling
• Build and maintain robust backend services and REST APIs to support complex data workflows
• Design and implement efficient data pipelines for ingesting, transforming, and storing large datasets
• Integrate data from multiple external systems to ensure seamless data flow
• Collaborate with data scientists, R&D engineers, and domain experts to optimize platform capabilities
