Qualifications

• Requires shipping product interfaces in a product design or design engineering role.
• Portfolio of shipped design-engineering work.
• Experience turning designs into working product interfaces (front-end).
• Technical education or equivalent background with ability to understand complex concepts.

Responsibilities

• Design and build interfaces across the platform and marketplace from concept to launch.
• Make agent runs, evaluation results, reward signals, and quality feedback clear and actionable.
• Collaborate with research and engineering to turn RL workflows into useful tools.
• Speak with users to observe struggles and incorporate feedback to improve the product.
• Develop thoughtful interaction patterns with high usability, visual quality, and good implementation.
