Job summary

Clera is seeking a full‑stack product engineer to own end‑to‑end experiences for a reinforcement learning data platform used by frontier AI labs and external partners. You will build dashboards to inspect environments, data pipelines, and backend services that connect authoring, evaluation, and training components.

You’ll collaborate with research, operations, and go‑to‑market teams to ship practical features quickly, prioritizing usability, reliability, and observability across cloud‑native

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-stack software engineering experience shipping production systems.
• Proficiency in Python and modern web stacks (React/TypeScript/Next.js).
• Experience delivering end-to-end user-facing or internal products.
• Experience building APIs and databases connecting components.
• Hands-on with cloud, Docker, CI/CD, and production debugging.
• Experience with dashboards, observability interfaces, or data inspection tools.
• Strong communication across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, Grafana is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build product-facing tools for browsing environments, inspecting trajectories, reviewing task quality, and understanding model behavior.
• Develop vendor-facing workflows for external partners to create/test data.
• Create dashboards and observability tools for pipeline health.
• Design backend services and APIs connecting authoring, data collection, evaluation, QA/QC, and RL training infra.
• Partner with research, operations, and go-to-market teams to ship features quickly.
