Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years building and shipping production software with end-to-end ownership.
• Proficient in Python and a modern web stack (React/TypeScript/Next.js).
• Experience with backend services, APIs, databases, cloud, Docker, CI/CD, and debugging.

Responsibilities

• Build tools for browsing environments, trajectories, task quality, and model behavior.
• Create partner workflows for environments and training data development.
• Develop dashboards and observability tools for environment quality and data collection progress.
• Design backend services and APIs linking authoring, data collection, evaluation, and training infra.
• Collaborate with research/ops/Go-to-Market teams to ship and improve systems.
