Job summary

Valiant Technologies LLC is seeking a full-time, full-stack Software Engineer to build and support the Chat Platform within the Enterprise Technology & Operations Digital team. You will work across real-time communication layers, client SDK integrations, and AI-driven features, contributing from idea generation to deployment.

You will design scalable solutions, implement using GCP, TypeScript, Node.js, Dialogflow CX/GECX/AI, WebSockets, and SDKs for Web, iOS, and Android.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.
Proficient full-stack software development with focus on chat platforms.
Experience building scalable real-time features and SDK integrations.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and test robust chat platform applications using TypeScript, Node.js, and Python following coding standards.
Design, build, and maintain real-time chat features with WebSockets and SDK integrations for Web, iOS, and Android.
Support platform integrations across enterprise channels and backend services.
Leverage Dialogflow CX / GECX / AI to create intelligent conversational flows.
Troubleshoot complex issues across full stack from backend to client SDKs.
Participate in Agile ceremonies and sprint planning; communicate blockers to scrum master.
Mentor junior team members and promote best engineering practices.
