Job summary

Quantum Technologies. LLC is seeking a full-stack Software Engineer to join the Enterprise Technology & Operations Digital team. The role focuses on building and supporting scalable chat platform applications across real-time layers and client SDK integrations.

You will design, implement, and troubleshoot across the full stack using GCP, TypeScript, Node.js, Dialogflow CX/GECX/AI, WebSockets, and SDKs for Web/iOS/Android, while adhering to coding standards and Agile practices.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related discipline.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and test robust chat platform applications using TypeScript, Node.js and Python.
Build real-time chat features with WebSockets and integrate Web/iOS/Android SDKs.
Support platform integrations across enterprise channels and backend services.
Leverage Dialogflow CX/GECX/AI to create intelligent conversational flows.
Troubleshoot complex issues across full stack from backend to client SDKs.
Participate in Scrum ceremonies and communicate blockers to the Scrum Master.
Mentor junior engineers and promote best software development practices.
