Job summary

Envision Technology Solutions in Plano, TX, is seeking a seasoned Backend/Full-Stack Engineer to own end-to-end architectural integrity across client apps, edge caching, middleware, and back-office engines.

You will implement resilient microservices in Node.js/TypeScript, Java/Spring Boot, Go, or Python, improve performance, and prototype new architectures via POCs before broader deployment.

Qualifications

• Experience with enterprise backend languages and distributed microservices.
• Ability to design and optimize backend architectures for reliability and scalability.
• Proficiency in frontend development and component libraries is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Backend: Enterprise languages/runtimes (Node.js/TypeScript, Java/Spring Boot, Go, Python) with deep experience building resilient distributed microservices.
• Backend Systems: Design, build, and optimize spring based microservices / sprark jobs.
• Frontend Systems: Develop, enhance, and maintain responsive high-performance web frontends and component libraries.
• Complex Bug Fixes & Refactoring: Debug concurrency, caching, data-integrity, or UI rendering issues in legacy and modern codebases.
• Proof-of-Concepts (POCs): Prototype new architecture, libraries, and third-party integrations before broader execution.
• End-to-End System Design: Own the structural integrity between client-side apps, edge caching/CDNs, middleware orchestration, and back-office transactional engines.
• Performance & Platform Reliability: Drive solutions to meet Core Web Vitals, API latency, DB indexing, and fault-tolerant failovers.

Role and Responsibilities

• Backend: Enterprise backend languages/runtimes (Node.js/TypeScript, Java/Spring Boot, Go, or Python) with deep experience building resilient distributed microservices.
• Backend Systems: Design, build, and optimize spring based microservices / sprark jobs.
• Frontend Systems: Develop, enhance, and maintain responsive high-performance web frontends and component libraries.
• Complex Bug Fixes & Refactoring: Jump into legacy and modern codebases to debug complex concurrency, caching, data-integrity, or UI rendering issues.
• Proof-of-Concepts (POCs): Prototype new architecture, libraries, and third-party integrations before delegating execution to the broader team.

Architecture & Technical Oversight

• End-to-End System Design: Own the structural integrity between client-side applications, edge caching/CDNs, middleware orchestration, and back-office transactional engines.
