Location: Westlake, TX (2 weeks onsite in a month)

50/50 Full Stack - needs them to be able to lean heavily into the UI side

Must Have's:

The Expertise and Skills You Bring

• 8+ years of experience in full-stack development, with a strong emphasis on UI engineering and building scalable, user-centric web applications.
• Proven ability to build reusable components, implement state management, and optimize performance for modern web applications.
• Solid backend experience with Java, Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, or Python, enabling seamless integration between UI and services.
• Working experience with AWS, including EC2 and EKS, contributing to cloud-native application development and deployment.
• Familiarity with SQL/PL/SQL as complementary technologies.
• Skilled in CI/CD pipelines, Datadog monitoring, and Agile development practices.
• Strong focus on writing clean, maintainable, and unit-tested code with attention to scalability and performance.
• Demonstrated technical leadership in design reviews, code reviews, and mentoring team members.
• Experienced in Acceptance Test-Driven Development (ATDD) and Agile methodologies.
• Passionate about learning and implementing emerging technologies and UI/UX best practices.
