Job summary

AgCountry Farm Credit Services invites a summer Application Developer Intern to work with a full-stack, custom development team in a fast-paced, agile setting. You will engage with engineers to contribute to meaningful software work and grow your skills during the 12-week internship.

You’ll learn through collaboration with product owners, develop design and coding capabilities, and support reliable releases while gaining real-world experience in a cooperative financial technology environment.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in CS or MIS or related field.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA.
• Effective verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Available for a 12-week internship during the summer.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product owners to understand customer needs.
• Solve problems by reviewing objectives, gathering facts, and analyzing data.
• Learn to perform design, development, and quality within a project/product team.
• Produce software solutions that support testing at multiple levels prior to delivery.
• Leverage tools and best practices to enable CI and frequent, reliable releases.
• Monitor system performance to ensure efficient operations and results.
