Job summary

Foundation Finance Company is seeking a Full Stack Developer Intern to support design, development, testing, documentation, and maintenance of web applications across front-end, middleware, and back-end systems under guidance from experienced colleagues.

The role offers hands-on experience with modern software practices including APIs, databases, unit testing, and agile delivery, with collaboration across cross-functional teams and adherence to coding standards.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed degree in CS, software engineering, IT, web development, or related field.
• Exposure to web development, APIs, databases, and testing is preferred.
• Basic computer literacy, collaboration tools, and software development fundamentals are expected.
• Familiarity with one or more programming languages and development tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the development and maintenance of front-end, middleware, and back-end components under guidance.
• Support the development of features, bug fixes, APIs, reports, and integrations.
• Write, update, and test code following coding standards and team review processes.
• Participate in unit testing and agile development activities to ensure software quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and complete tasks.
