Horizon Farm Credit, ACA is seeking a Full Stack Analytics Developer (BI Analyst) to join our team. This role blends application development, analytics, and UX to deliver value-driven solutions for business stakeholders.

You will build scalable apps, model data, and create reporting and dashboards using Power BI, SQL, and Python while aligning with our data-driven culture. Qualified candidates may work from any Horizon Farm Credit location with a hybrid schedule, following standard business

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, IS, SWE, Data Analytics, or equivalent.
• 0–5 years in software development, analytics, BI, or related roles.
• Experience with SQL and relational databases.
• Experience developing Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Experience with Python development and scripting.
• Understanding of web app development concepts and modern frameworks.
• Knowledge of UX design principles and user-centered design.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain web-based business applications.
• Create front-end interfaces using modern frameworks.
• Develop back-end services, APIs, and integrations.
• Participate in full SDLC from requirements to deployment.
• Troubleshoot and improve performance and usability.
• Develop and optimize SQL queries and data models.
• Design and support data models for reporting and analytics.
• Design, develop Power BI reports and dashboards.
• Translate business requirements into metrics and KPIs.
• Support users with report enhancements and analytics needs.
• Design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces.
• Conduct user research and gather feedback to improve usability.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and workflow designs.
• Apply UX and accessibility best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify improvements and document solutions.
• Participate in code reviews and promote best practices.
