This hybrid role blends application development, business intelligence, analytics, and user experience design to deliver solutions that drive efficiency and business value.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, data professionals, and technology teams to build scalable applications, data models, and reporting while focusing on intuitive user experiences

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional who enjoys combining application development, business intelligence, analytics, and user experience design to deliver solutions that drive efficiency and business value.

In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders, data professionals, and technology teams. The Full Stack Analytics Developer will build scalable applications, develop data models and reporting solutions, create intuitive user experiences, and support the organization's growing data-driven culture. The hours of operation are typically, Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. This position is eligible for hybrid work schedule.

Key Responsibilities Application Development

• Design, develop, test, and maintain web-based business applications.


• Create front-end user interfaces using modern development frameworks and best practices.


• Develop back-end services, APIs, and integrations to support business processes.


• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and support.


• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues while continuously improving performance and usability.

Data & Analytics

• Develop and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and database solutions.


• Design and support data models that enable efficient reporting and analytics.


• Collaborate with Business Intelligence teammates, analysts, and business teams to understand and fulfill reporting requirements.


• Ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency across solutions.

Business Intelligence & Reporting

• Design and develop Power BI reports, dashboards, and visual analytics solutions.


• Create meaningful visualizations that help users identify trends, insights, and opportunities.


• Translate business requirements into actionable metrics and performance indicators.


• Support users with report enhancements and ongoing analytics needs.

User Experience (UX) Design

• Design intuitive and user-friendly application interfaces.


• Conduct user research and gather feedback to improve usability.


• Create wireframes, prototypes, and workflow designs for new app.
