Job summary

LHH is seeking a Full-Stack Product Engineer to join our client's team in a hybrid role based in San Francisco, CA. You will own features end-to-end across a React/Vite/shadcn frontend and Python/FastAPI backend, collaborating with design, product, and the founder to design, migrate, and deploy APIs and UI.

You will ship features at a fast cadence, taking ownership from rough requirements to deployed demos for executives, and you will use AI coding tools as part of your workflow.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of production experience at an early-stage startup or product-focused team.
• One or two features you personally owned end-to-end and can walk us through.
• ~3–5 years real production work in React/TypeScript or Python, with willingness to ramp the other.
• 2+ years of experience with active use of AI coding tools.
• Comfort with ambiguity and shipping over perfection.
• Bay-area-commutable; OK with 3 days a week in person.
• Nice-to-have: experience with shadcn, Radix, Tailwind, FastAPI, Alembic, Postgres, TanStack Query, Clerk, Supabase, Vercel, or Railway.

Responsibilities

• Ship product features across React frontend and FastAPI/Postgres backend on a fast cadence.
• Own features from rough Figma plus a problem statement to deployed and demonstrated to executives.
• Use AI coding tools as part of the normal workflow.

LHH is seeking a Full-Stack Product Engineer to join our client's team in a full-time + hybrid-role, based in San Francisco, CA. This is an emerging enterprise intelligence startup focused on enabling organizations to effectively manage and optimize a blended workforce of human employees and autonomous AI systems.

This is an individual contributor role. We're looking for someone who can write production-quality code and own significant scope. You'll ship features end-to-end across our React/Vite/shadcn frontend and Python/FastAPI backend. You'll partner with design, product, and the founder on what to build, then own the API design, the migration, the UI, and the deploy. Light touch on prompts and evals for now, with room to grow into deeper LLM-systems.

Salary & Benefits:

• $180k to $250k + equity

Qualifications:

• Required: ~4-5 years of production experience, ideally at an early-stage startup or product-focused team.
• Required: One or two features you personally owned end-to-end. We'll want you to walk us through them.
• Required: ~3-5 years real production work in either React/TypeScript or Python, and the willingness to ramp on the other.
• Required: 2+ years of experience with active use of AI coding tools. You can show us you're fluent in a live exercise.
• Required: Comfort with ambiguity and rough-but-shipped over polished-but-late.
• Required: Bay-area-commutable. OK with 3 days a week in person.
