Nxt Level in Austin is seeking two Full-Stack Engineers to join an AI-native platform team building production-grade agent systems for complex legal and government workflows.

You'll work on a TypeScript-heavy stack atop AWS, using coding agents, LLMs, and multi-agent coordination to ship features rapidly. This in-person role demands strong Python/TS, systems thinking, and startup experience.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of software engineering experience, ideally in startup environments.
• Strong Python and TypeScript experience.
• Strong understanding of LLM capabilities, limitations, and orchestration patterns.
• Experience using coding agents or AI development tools to ship faster.
• Systems thinking and the ability to break complex workflows into reliable architecture.
• Ability to start quickly and work in-person in Austin, TX.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship full-stack features on a TypeScript-heavy platform.
• Architect and orchestrate multi-agent systems across the product.
• Design agent coordination patterns for complex legal workflows.
• Build auditable agent pipelines for legal and government use cases.
• Ship agent systems into production.
• Use coding agents as a primary part of the engineering workflow.
• Collaborate across frontend, backend, infrastructure, and product experience.
• Support UI/UX decisions and intuitive workflows for complex users.
• Partner with the founding team to move ideas to shipped product.
• Define engineering culture and AI-native development standards.
