Job summary

Redhorse Corporation is seeking a highly capable Full Stack Software Engineer to advance AI-driven, mission-focused software for DoD environments. You will design, develop, and deploy secure, scalable applications integrating agentic AI, LLMs, and knowledge graphs within DoD frameworks.

You will work across engineering, mission operations, and leadership to deliver enterprise analytics platforms, with responsibilities spanning end-to-end development, security, and reliability in production.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a full stack developer, preferably with government or defense programs.
• Experience delivering enterprise software to government production environments with AI/ML initiatives.
• Experience on Agile, cross-functional teams delivering modern cloud-based solutions.
• Understanding of secure software development practices and NIST RMF guidance.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement autonomous AI agents for planning and reasoning.
• Develop orchestration pipelines using modern agent frameworks.
• Integrate Large Language Models into enterprise applications (government-approved).
• Develop architectures and ingestion pipelines for structured and unstructured data.
• Optimize AI workflows for security, performance, explainability, and reliability.
• Develop APIs for AI-enabled applications.
• Support knowledge graph integration with analytics tools and AI reasoning chains.
• Build scalable microservices and containerized apps.
• Integrate entity resolution tooling into the platform.
• Design and maintain knowledge graphs representing mission data.
• Develop semantic search and context-aware information retrieval solutions.
• Participate in CI/CD and automated testing.
• Apply secure coding practices per DoD requirements.
• Assist with Authority to Operate activities.
