Job summary

Redhorse Corporation seeks a seasoned AI/ML Engineer to design, build, and integrate AI/ML solutions for Department of War initiatives. You will work closely with CDAO to advance autonomous warfare capabilities and ensure compliance with government cybersecurity standards.

Responsibilities include developing scalable AI/ML systems, collaborating across teams, and producing technical documentation while leveraging cloud architectures (DataBricks, AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern containerization tools.

Qualifications

• US citizenship with active DoD TS/SCI clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering with 8 years' related experience.
• Experience with DoD systems and government cybersecurity policies.

Responsibilities

• AI/ML Development: support AW AI scaffolding, develop scalable AI/ML systems.
• Autonomous Warfare: integrate AI/ML with govt IT infrastructure to improve autonomous warfare capabilities.
• Collaboration: participate in cross-functional teams and code reviews; communicate AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Architecture and Design: prepare technical documentation and user manuals.
• Standards Compliance: apply NIST guidelines for DoW information assurance (NIST 800-37, 800-53).
