Job summary

Stealth Startup is seeking a Software Engineer to design and build internal and external AI systems that power how the company hires, sells, operates, and scales. You will develop production-grade AI workflows, automations, and AI agent systems that directly impact operations and customer experience.

From day one, you’ll own real projects, collaborate with experienced engineers and founders, ship code to production, and tackle challenging operational and AI problems in a fast-moving startup

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.
Must have already graduated; students not yet finished will not be considered.
Strong software engineering fundamentals.
Ability to thrive in a fast-moving startup environment.

Responsibilities

Design and build internal and external AI systems that power hiring, selling, operating, and scaling.
Build production-grade AI workflows, automations, and AI agent systems that impact operations and customer experience.
Own real projects from day one, shipping code to production and solving challenging AI problems.
