Stealth Startup in San Francisco, CA is seeking a Founding Full Stack Engineer to join in person. You will build AI-powered products from the ground up, design full-stack features, and work closely with customers to deliver impactful solutions.

As an early engineering hire, you will own critical components and help shape product and engineering culture, collaborating with experienced founders who have built and scaled tech companies.

• Proven full-stack experience with Next.js, TypeScript, Python and Google Cloud.
• Experience building and deploying AI agents or LLM-powered apps.
• Customer-focused mindset with strong communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup and own complex problems.
• Passion for shipping high-quality products quickly.

Responsibilities

• Build and scale AI-powered products from the ground up.
• Develop production-ready AI agents, including context engineering, tool design and evaluation frameworks.
• Design and implement full-stack features using modern web technologies.
• Collaborate directly with customers to understand workflows and deliver impactful solutions.
• Move quickly while maintaining quality, reliability and performance.
