Job summary

Redhorse Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer to support DoD AI transformation efforts. You will design, develop, and deploy secure, scalable applications that integrate agentic AI, LLMs, knowledge graphs, and traditional enterprise software in DoD environments.

You will work with engineers, data scientists, and mission users to deliver enterprise analytics platforms and sophisticated AI-powered decision support, while adhering to secure coding practices and RMF/NIST

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field as listed.
• Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility (TS/SCI required).
• 5+ years as a full stack developer; government/defense experience preferred.
• Experience delivering enterprise software to government production environments; AI/ML initiatives.
• Experience on Agile, cross-functional teams delivering cloud-based solutions.
• Understanding of RMF/NIST publications and secure software development practices.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop autonomous AI agents for planning, reasoning, and workflows.
• Develop orchestration pipelines with modern agent frameworks.
• Integrate government-approved LLMs into enterprise apps.
• Create ingestion architectures for structured and unstructured data.
• Build secure, scalable microservices and containerized apps.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related technical discipline
