Job summary

Phoebe is hiring hungry, high-throughput generalist engineers to scale its home healthcare platform in the United States. You’ll work across frontend, backend, and AI-driven workflows, embedding LLMs into real customer outcomes and modern GTM with B2B and B2C strategies.

You will ship features rapidly, pair-program, and own end-to-end components from design to production, joining a small, fast-moving team in NYC that values hands-on coding and learning from experienced founders.

Qualifications

• Experience building production AI-enabled workflows.
• Proficiency across the full stack with rapid delivery.
• Strong collaboration across product, engineering, and GTM.

Responsibilities

• Get a clear view into engineering, product, go-to-market, and the iterative loop that connects all 3
• Learn the Vertical AI playbook
• Embed into an industry, learn the domain, and build LLM-driven workflows to automate it.
• How to generate demand with modern GTM techniques across B2B and B2C
